The learning objectives of the course:
You can tell the main principles of building legislation. You know the parties of building project and you can describe the essential steps of building process. You know the most common building materials. You know the structural choices for regular building target when built in situ or built of elements and you can express them in drawings. You know the nomenclature of building parts and you know the most common building machine types. You know the essential issues for safety on site. These are also the basic tasks of the course.
Content
Building legislation, implementation methods and parties of building process, description of building process, building materials, structures of an ordinary building such as row houses, building in-situ, prefabricated construction, recognition of building machines, safety card, e-orientation.

Good (3): In addition to previous skills, the student can describe the influences of various solutions and can make reasoned choices between alternatives.
Laudable (4): In addition to previous skills, the student can apply the learned issues independently and is able to evaluate done solutions.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Excellent ( 5 ): In addition to previous skills, the student shows deep knowledge of course contents as well as ability to parse and wider analyze the influences of solutions.
