Objective

After completing the course, you have adopted
- basic knowledge of control orientations, different control styles and case management control process.
- identify factors related to control interaction situations and their significance for control effectiveness
- you know the theoretical basis of supervision and the different stages of the supervision process and you can relate your own role as a supervisor to the client's process
- you know different guidance practices in social and health care work

Content

- Steering orientations: the multidisciplinary basis of steering and the policies that guide the steering situation
- Control styles: accepting, structuring, catalyzing and confrontational control style and their application in customer control and service missile work
- Case management: the case management operating model as a starting point for the customer and service management process
