Objective
In this course you will learn the principles of instructing physical activity and get knowledge how to instruct Physical Activity to adults and The Elderly
You are able to plan and instruct physical safe and goal-oriented group activity to adults and The Elderly.
You are able to adapt and instruct meaningful physical activity concerning participants` special needs and functioning capacity. You know your strengths and development areas as an instructor. You are able to contact the group of children with natural and professional interaction

The principles of planning Physical Activity session: structure and areas
Goal setting concerning physical, social, kognitive and emotional functioning capacity
Muscle strength exercising and instructing by using music
The Elderly, persons with physical functioning disorders, sight and hearing problems, persons with obesity, mental disorders and substance abuse problems
Instructing Physical Activity sessions for different client groups
Teaching methods
In this course we learn together through physical exercises. You study instructing skills, how to adapt physical activity to diverse client groups. Study method is learning by doing, selfleraning and dialogues. You instruct four sessions for diverse client groups. You write a review and session plan for the instructions of client groups. In final seminar you present your learning experiences to other students.

You are able to instruct meaningful and goal-oriented group activity
You are able to consider the special needs of the participants and safety of exercising
You are able to control your body movement and know how to show the right performance techniques and repeat the exercises and different step sequences guided by the others
You can take natural contact with, observe the participants and guide them to correct movement techniques
You can instruct a session by using music
