In this course, you will become acquainted with the planning of evidence-based activities so that you can develop functions and create new high-quality ways of working in your area of ​​expertise, utilizing evidence-based knowledge.

Finds information in databases and reads international research articles. Has the ability to critically review research data. Recognizes development challenges and phenomena arising from working life and knows what evidence-based practice is his/her own area of ​​expertise. Has the ability to monitor and analyze the development of research and professional practice in the relevant subject area. Describes the barriers and factors contributing to the implementation of evidence-based practice in his/her work community. Uses the communication and language skills required in working life in reporting and presenting course performance and using foreign language material as sources.
