Objective

In this course, you will learn how to design a functioning, customer oriented marketing plan for a company in the field of bioeconomy or other organization. The marketing plan will be a part of your business plan. You will learn to design and carry on marketing both in domestic and international market.

- Customer segments and marketing channels in the field of bioeconomy
- Revenue logics in the field of bioeconomy
- Marketing plan as a part of a business plan

Location and time

The teaching includes contact lessons and webinars. Contact lessons is carried out at the Institute of Bioeconomy in Saarijärvi. Practical marketing measures are agreed upon together at the beginning of the course.

Teaching methods

During the course, you will study topics in accordance with the objectives in contact lessons and independently by completing assignments. In addition, you will participate in the marketing of the bioeconomy sector in practice.

The course includes a company visit.

Exam schedules

There will be no exam for the course. The assessment of the course is based on a phased marketing learning diary and practical marketing work.
