Objective
Nordic Business Forum started in 2010 as a small event in central Finland is now a Northern Europe-wide series of business events committed to building leaders who change the world. The forum cater to CEOs, business executives, and entrepreneurs alike, and host world-class business conferences in Finland, Norway, the Netherlands, and of course also online. Events attract about 10,000 attendees and tens of thousands of live stream viewers from all over the world.
Competences:
1. Learning to learn-
You develop critical and analytical mindset that helps you to study and review existing knowledge in the light of relevant learning resources and learning methods; incentivizes you to acquire new knowledge; and develops your intellectual capabilities to seek conclusions and draw inferences in various contexts

You develop creative and insightful solutions to solve complex business problems both in the present and the future with explicit emphasis on local and international standards of ethics, responsibility, and sustainability and implications on various stakeholders.

Nordic Business Forum Streaming Event Overview
The Nordic Business Forum streaming event offers a unique opportunity for business professionals to gain insights into leadership, strategy, and innovation. Designed for C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and students, the event brings together participants from around the world to explore current trends and future directions in business.
Centered around the theme of Courageous Leadership, the forum features internationally recognized experts who share their knowledge on topics such as leadership development, talent management, and customer experience.
Locally, the event is hosted in a collaborative coworking space that supports networking among entrepreneurs, innovators, and students. Organized in partnership with educational institutions and business support networks, the event fosters professional growth and broadens participants' understanding of global business environments.
Registration is mandatory, and available spots are limited. Early registration is strongly recommended. Participation may also be recognized as part of academic or professional development programs, offering additional learning opportunities beyond the main event.

Student workload
1 ECTS is equals to 27 hours of work, therefore a total of 54 hours of participation and assignment work is required to achieve 2 ECTS.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
You posses and demonstrate all course competences at least at a basic level. This means that you demonstrate ability to critically review, analyze relevant data sources and draw inferences for creating new knowledge in the contexts of modern business trends (learning to learn). You show intellectual capabilities to apply modern approaches in leadership with explicit emphasis on local and international standards of ethics, responsibility, and sustainability (responsible international business management).
