Deadline for the individual essay (the final report) will be on 20.05.2022.

First renewal possibility for failed (grade 0) individual essay will be on 02.06.2022 (deadline for returning the report).
Second renewal possibility for failed (grade 0) individual essay will be on 09.06.2022 (deadline for returning the report).
It will be not possible to renew the passed assignments.

You are able to comprehensively identify areas of supervisory work from different perspectives and understand the impact of supervisory work on the work community. You understand the effect of supervisory work on work performance and well-being at work. You are able to describe your view of human and your supervisor style. You are capable of creating illustrative documents related to the contents of the course.

Satisfactory 2
You are able to present knowledge related to supervisory work as well as different kinds of theories and methods. You are able to comprehensively identify areas of supervisory work from different perspectives and understand the impact of supervisory work on the work community. You understand the effect of supervisory work on work performance and well-being at work. You are able to describe your view of human and your supervisor style. You are able to utilize theories to prepare illustrative and consistent documents.
