The object of the course
After completing this course, you will have comprehensive understanding of leadership and management. The purpose is to provoke interest towards leadership and management studies and leadership work.

You understand the significance of leadership and management. You are familiar with the basic concepts describing leadership and management and the operation of an organisation. You are familiar with theories of leadership and contemporary leadership trends. You recognise your capabilities and motivation for leadership work. You take responsibility for your own working.
