Objective

The student masters the theoretical basis (including the international Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health, ICF) and methods of multiprofessional cooperation so as to be able to use them in a client work, its´ organization and development. S/he has the competence to assess implementation of multi-professionalism and factors that affect cooperation. The student masters the customer's rights and duties as member of the multi-professional team. The student is able to provide coaching and ensure the participation of an individual/community in cooperation related to rehabilitation.

Content

The concepts of multiprofessional work. Its theoretical basis (e.g. ICF), researches, methods and applications, e.g. teamwork and networking. Factors that affect cooperation.The customer's rights and duties as member of the multi-professional team. Membership and management of a multi-professional team.

The student demonstrates to have reached the learning objectives of the course on a basic knowledge level. The student ´s written assignments contain essential information of the theoretical basis and methods of Multiprofessional cooperation. The student utilizes sources in his/her assignments . The student participates occasionally and a little in conversations in online environment.

The student demonstrates to have reached the learning objectives of the course on a satisfactory level. The student demonstrates modest capabilities to describe the subjects of the course and he/she utilizes sources very little in his/her assignments . The student participates occasionally and a little in conversations in online environment.

3 (good) The student demonstrates to have reached the learning objectives of the course on a good level. The student’s written assignments demonstrate a well-structured knowledge of the theoretical basis and methods of Multiprofessional cooperation. The student utilizes source materials and applies and illustrates experience-based knowledge in his/her assignments. The student participates usually in conversations in online environment.

The student’s written assignments demonstrate very diverse and well-structured knowledge of the theoretical basis and methods of Multiprofessional cooperation. The student utilizes source materials and experience-based knowledge critically in his/her assignments and applies and illustrates experience-based knowledge in his/her assignments. The student participates actively in conversations in online environment.

The student’s written assignments demonstrate extremely diverse and well-structured knowledge of the theoretical basis and methods of Multiprofessional cooperation. The student utilizes source materials and experience-based knowledge broadly and critically in his/her assignments. He/She brings forth new ideas on how to develop these. The student participates actively in conversations in online environment.

Qualifications

The student knows the basic services of the social and health care field, starting points of the professional field as well as the grounds for promoting and counselling well-being and health. The student acts in a client-oriented and ethical manner.
