Objective
As an engineer you need to understand that quality and risk management are key business processes. Quality management is the responsibility of everyone in companies. Quality management follows across organizational boundaries, throughout the supply chain and should be managed on a larger scale. Measuring, analyzing, and continuously improving quality, affects customer satisfaction, business productivity, and, at the same time, profitability. Risk management in companies is a wider concept that includes the whole process of identifying the risks of different processes, from anticipation to risk minimization. By managing risk management, companies can proactively react or prepare for risks and thereby minimize inconvenience.
In this course you will learn

After completing this course, you will understand basic principles and techniques of quality management. You will learn how to deal with unstable environments and get tools to assess personal and other risks in different business processes. You will also learn to guide safe operations for both individuals and companies.
