Objective

The purpose of the course is for you to understand the principles and methods of multidisciplinary collaboration and networking.

Course competencies:

Working in working life
Expertise in client work (Bachelor of Social Services)
Work community, management and entrepreneurship competence (Bachelor of Social Services)
Rehabilitation counselling and guidance (Bachelor in Rehabilitation Counselling)

The Competence aim of the course:

You are able to work in multidisciplinary communication and interaction situations in working life and in networking.

You are able to describe the theory, work orientations and methods of multidisciplinary client work.

You are able to interact in a dialogic manner with various clients, close networks and other professionals.

Content

The main contents of the course are the theoretical starting points and reasons of multidisciplinary cooperation and networking as well as the different methods and practices of networking. In addition, client orientation and the role of the client in multidisciplinary cooperation will be examined.
