The student
- is able to act as an independent expert in demanding counselling and management tasks in the social services sector and to critically analyse and anticipate changes in society and their social impacts.
- masters the concepts, theories and methods related to advanced competence in the social services field, applying evidence-based information in the planning, development and management of counselling services and client processes.
- deepens the legal competence of service production and acquires more capabilities for utilising digitalisation in their own work.
- masters the operating methods of networking and multi-actor cooperation and is able to coordinate multiprofessional cooperation.
