Objective

During the course, you will learn different ways of utilising building information models, and after completing the course, the student will be able to work in a BIM-based building construction project. The student understands the roles, tasks, responsibilities and obligations of the different actors in a BIM project.
The student is able to define the content of a data model taking into account the current national data model requirements.

- General data model requirements
- BIM project progress process
- the creation of information content in design programs;
- BIM-based data transfer (IFC)
- the basics of using coordination software;
- basic tasks of quantity calculation
- ordering a BIM-based project
- utilization of building information models in design
- utilization of building information models in construction
- includes defining the data content of the data model from the customer's point of view
- coordination aspects related to the management of the BIM task.
