Objective

The student learns to identify the factors that affect time management skills, stress and recovery. The student is able to use basic time management skills to develop daily well-being and to make their routines more efficient. With the help of monitoring, the student is able to evaluate the relationship between stress and recovery in their own daily life as an athlete.

Content

In the first part, the athlete learns about time management and the balance of stress and recovery through various lectures and tasks. The course also includes an interview with Nooralotta Neziri about the athlete's career path.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student can evaluate skills and competence in everyday life and identify critical areas for development. The student knows how to plan and manage student-athlete's schedules during the academic year. The student takes responsibility for achieving goals.
