Objective
Student understands the importance of remaining work capacity in vocational rehabilitation.
Student is able to guide the customer to the right vocational rehabilitation services and identifys timeliness, as well as the rehabilitation client resources.
The student recognises different producers of vocational rehabilitation services and knows contents of vocational rehabilitation services.
The student knows and is able to apply vocational rehabilitation methods.
The student knows the key points in vocational rehabilitation financing and income support during rehabilitation.
The student is familiar with the vocational rehabilitation service system and understands the distribution of work of the service organisers.

Qualifications
The student knows the different human conceptions as well as the values and ethical principles of client work in the social and health care field. The student knows the principles of client-oriented activities and counselling. The student knows the principles of occupational well-being and occupational safety. The student knows the principles of assessing and promoting ability to work and functional capacity. The student is familiar with the basic services of the social and health care field.

The student is familiar with the legislation of vocational rehabilitation and is able to describe in an analytic and diverse manner the vocational rehabilitation service system and the distribution of work of the organisers. The student has excellent knowledge of the key points in vocational rehabilitation financing and income support during rehabilitation. The student is able to competently describe the contents of vocational rehabilitation services and recognise different service producers. The student is able to apply vocational rehabilitation methods. The student is able to utilise information on the effectiveness of vocational rehabilitation. In learning tasks, the student uses new relevant source material widely and analytically (source synthesis).Student can use what they have learned in working life.
