Objective

The students are able to plan, implement and manage building and development projects related to quality, environmental and safety systems (ISO9001, QS9000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001). They also master the use of more advanced quality tools (QS9000) and can apply quality award criteria. They master the quality assurance of measurements and measurement systems.

Content

Operations systems and system thinking, building an operations management system, the quality assurance of measurements and measurement systems, the use of more demanding quality tools (QS9000 tools: MSA, especially RR tests, PPAP, AQAP), the application of quality award criteria (EFQM, MBNQA).
