Objective

The student is familiar with the basic principles of empowering and coaching customer service work.

The student is able to apply participatory working methods (discussion techniques and functional interventions) in both preventive and remedial family guidance.

Functional methods:
principals and implementations beside discussion methods
Empowered oriented work and coaching
Solution-focuced and dialogical dicussion techniques

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The learning outcomes of individual courses are assessed in relation to the objectives of the course concerned. Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework (NQF/EQF), level 7.

If the student does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course, the grade is 0 (Fail).

1 (Sufficient) – 2 (Satisfactory)
The student is able to apply the basics of empowering discussion and counselling techniques in his counselling practice.
3 (Good) – 4 (Very good)
The student masters the basic principles of empowering counselling, and he is able to apply a networked working method in both preventive and corrective family counselling.
5 (Excellent)
The student has an ability to use versatile empowering discussion and counselling techniques as well as practical interventions as part of the networked working method.
