Objective

The trainee understands the various contractual options and legislation of the implementation of repair and construction projects, and is able to utilize them both from the point of view of the builder and the production.

Content

Launch of a construction project, life cycle model, general terms of contract YSE98, other construction contract contracts, alliance projects, non-contractual liability, construction and related laws and regulations.
