Objective

You will learn the key personnel management processes and their effects on successful business operations. We look at personnel management processes from the perspective of the employee, supervisor and management. You will also learn to understand what operational and strategic personnel management mean as concepts. You will learn how modern personnel management practices can promote the success of the organization and the well-being of employees. Included in module: Human Resource Management.
