Objective

The students master the interaction skills needed in teams (dialogue) both in theory and in practice. They understand the development of a team, and how its competence is utilized in real-life work. They master the basics of team learning and can create common values and rules for a team.

Content

A team’s life cycle, learning from peers through dialogue (collective learning), the role of individual in a team, creating rules and values for a team, entrepreneurship in teams.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Self-assessment, coach-assessment and peer-assessment of the aforementioned implementations. The coach determines the final grade.
