Objective

The student understands which components one's own and organisational well-being compose of. The student can develop him-/herself as a fully fledged member of a workplace community. The student understands the significance of organisational citizenship behaviour.

Content

Goal-orientation. Self-knowledge and its development. Psychological, physical and social well-being; social well-being in a workplace community. Stress and time management. Emotional and social intelligence. Change orientation.
Skills of organizational citizenship and communication. Different roles in a workplace community. The power sources and means of influence in a workplace community.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework, Level 6.The assessment criteria for individual courses are given in an annex to the implementation plan of the course.
