Objective
The students understand the entity formed of infromation system infrastructure and its significance in an organization. They know different types of information systems and they know their use both from the technical and adminstrative perspective. The students can install and maintain network operation system and they know their most important commands / programs and control tool.
The students can use the services / servers of network operating systems.

Excellent (5): The students can apply creatively the matters learned during the course. They know the basic structure of information systems and the most typical information system types and server operating systems. The students know the servers / services in Linux / Unix and Windows platforms and they can use and configure servers in a versatile way. They can solve problems related to the operation of servers independently.
Good (3-4): The students can apply the matters handled during the course in a suitable and goal-oriented way. They know the basic structure of information systems and the most typical information system types as well as server operating systems. The students know servers / services on Linux / Unix and Windows platforms and they can use and configure them.
Satisfactory (1-2): The students know the basic structure of information systems and the most typical information system types as well as server operating systems. They can set up the most important servers / services and use them.
