Information System ProjectLaajuus (10 cr)

Objective

The students understand the building of an information system as a whole. They understand the essential significance of representations in the software development process. The students know the basics of project follow-up and control and can act as members of project groups. They understand the impact of quality assurance on final results.

Content

During the course, project groups of 3 to 6 students are set up, each of which builds an information system according to a chosen or assigned topic. Each group's progress is regularly guided (problem-solving workgroups, project control group, personal guidance in workshops). The project is managed using an agile process called Scrum.
