Objective
Student can interact in groups and communicate effectively with interest groups by using modern communication technology. Student understands the essentials of marketing information system and its signifigance for business development strategic planning.
Student recognizes the various stages of marketing research process and is able to choose the proper course of action. Student is able to produce reliable and valid research report and communicate the results effectively.
Content
Role of research in decision making process, defining the problem, desiging the research plan, qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection, sampling, analysing, reporting. The software applications used in research process. Data privacy, intellectual property rights and ethical regulations for marketing research.
