- understand electrical design documents and are able to compile them as part of design work.
- master the electrical design of automation system instruments and know the key work methods and practices.

Cabinet and box design.
Cabling design.
Principles of preventing electrical faults.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of control engineering and CAD

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Very good (4-5): The student masters the electrical design of instruments as a whole. Documentation is successful showing understanding of the whole system and enabling alternative solutions. The student can implement the tools efficiently.

Good (3): The student masters the regularities of the electrical design of instruments and understands the entities. Documentation is successful using the basic solutions. The student can use the tools according to the instructions.

Satisfactory (1-2): The student masters the electrical design of instruments in smaller entities with instructed work methods.
