Objective
After the practice, the students have basic competence to work in team leadership positions and in project work in the social field, particularly in the services for the disabled persons.
The student can take account of the national and local strategies for the developing the services for the disabled persons.
The student have adequate understanding of their own skills in team and project leadership, particularly from the viewpoint of personnel administration, decision-making, collective labour agreement know-how, and information and work development.
Content
Possibilities and tasks of the Bachelor of Social Services as the implementor of the basic task of the service unit, and also as a decision maker and influencer.

Qualifications
The students know the central methods of client work and service system related to special pedagogy and work with the disabled. The students know the central leadership models related to team leadership and basics of client work guidance and work community skills.
