Objective

After the practice, the students have basic competence to work in team leadership positions and in project work in the social field. The students have adequate understanding of their own skills in team and project leadership, particularly from the viewpoint of personnel administration, decision-making, collective agreement know-how, and information and work development

Content

Supervised, optional practice in team leadership. Separately agreed exercises and student-lead final assessment

Qualifications

The students know the central methods of customer work in sociocultural work. The students know the starting points of everyday leadership, customer work guidance and work community know-how. In addition, the students know the central tasks of personnel and financial administration, basics of employment, methods of work development and they can exploit self-assessment
