Supervised Practical Training, Team Leadership in Educational WorkLaajuus (6 cr)

Objective

After this practical training period the student knows how to apply the knowledge of team leadership and development skills in early childhood education and sociopedagogical work (child welfare and work with families).

Content

To become acquaint with the the aims of working unit and with leadership and management needed in the unit.

Qualifications

The student knows the practises of early childhood education and has the skills for client work in early education and sociopedagogical work.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Practical training is passed: The student has achieved learning outcomes of training and completed the assignments satisfactorily. Oral and written evaluation, and self-assessment has been approved.
Practical training is failed: Student has not reached the knowledge of training objectives and learning outcomes are imperfectly performed, and both oral and written self-assessment is incomplete.
