Objective

The student is capable of evidence-based, independent decision-making as a specialist in multi-professional co-operation in his/her chosen competence area. The student can plan, implement, evaluate and develop his/her chosen competence area with a customer-oriented approach and utilising multi-professionalism. The student is able to critically assess and develop his/her own actions and the operating environment while observing the ethical principles.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student
Excellent (5): Analyses his/her chosen operating environment and its development targets, and selects a justified development work topic. Acquires evidence-based, relevant information and can apply it. In development work planning, applies the project cycle phases and uses justified development work methods. Carries out development work in an innovative, customer-oriented and ethical manner. Is able to manage his/her own work and that of the team with an encouraging and goal-oriented approach that produces results. Is capable of creative problem-solving, independent decision-making and constructive multi-professional co-operation. Evaluates critically the implementation, results and significance of his/her development work in terms of the operating environment and his/her own profession. Presents and publishes the process and results of the development work in a structured and illustrative way. Evaluates his/her professional development in his/her chosen competence area and his/her ability to develop, and sets new goals for himself/herself.
