Objective

The student is competent to evidence based as well as multi professional co-operation on her/his professional field. S/he is able to make independent decisions as well as able to develop creative, activating and artistic methods in client work and in work organizations. S/he understands their meaning in promoting health and wellbeing.

Content

Practical development project in a unit of social- and health care or at a school. Integrating and developing creative methods in a working team, client projects or group proceses.

Qualifications

The student knows the theoretical, ethical as well as practical basis of health care and social services.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

PASS
The student is able to choose and implement a proper creative development area for the professional partner. S/he is competent to choose and analyze as well as implement the evidence based knowledge to the chosen field of social work. The student performs her/his project according to the project cycle as well as principles of client centeredness and professional ethics. S/he is a creative problem solver and able to independent decision making as well as multi professional co-operation. S/he is able to assess the implementation and profits of her/his development work with criticism as well as professional viewpoints. S/he performs her/his project in an illustrative way.
