Objective

Students understand the essentials of human resource management and project leading. They know the key issues concerning project concept, project control, recruitment, placement, training, behavior, development, compensation, labour relations, employee security, and global human resource management. They also have a perspective to the practical everyday operations that a manager needs to carry out day-to-day management responsibilities.
The students know the stages of a building project, the parties of the project and their tasks. They understand the tasks of the client at different stages of the building project, the general conditions of a building contract, the production control levels of a building project, and the scheduling of a building project.

Lecture and cases concerning project control, recruitment, placement, training, behavior, development, compensation, labour relations, employee security, and global human resource management.
