Professional development of clinical expertiseLaajuus (5 cr)

Objective

The student identifies the strengths and developmental challenges of his/her expertise and based on the, creates a personal study plan and development goals. S/he is capable of learning in a group and sharing his/her expertise and learned issues with different specialist communities. The student is able to evaluate and apply the basic values of his/her own field and professional ethics as an expert and a developer of work life. In addition, s/he is able to apply his/her problem-solving skills in treatment of ethical questions related to client relations and work community.
