Objective
The student
- recognises change in the operating environment and working life on a theoretical level and in his or her professional field
- is familiar with the operating logic and content of the latest management thinking and models of management
- is capable of assessing the development needs in his or her own work and masters a set of principle workplace community and management development tools
- is able to lead processes of change
Content
- Increasingly diverse operating environment and management of diversity especially in public administration and public administration and private enterprise interfaces
- New management thinking.
