Objective

The student is able to seek, process and assess information concerning families and family-related phenomena in a goal-oriented and critical manner and from the perspectives of different stages in the life of a family. The student is familiar with contemporary literature on the topic and with the associated ethical questions and knows how to apply this knowledge into practice. The student understands the legal and ethical background to family work and support to families. The student can identify the strengths of their expertise as well as their personal development targets and has knowledge of the central concepts in the field also in English.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Pass-fail. Assessment is based on the relation of knowledge, skills and common qualifications with learning objectives (European Qualifications Framework NQF/EQF, level 7). The assessment criteria of the course can be found in online learning environment.
