Objective
The student has a grasp of substance and process consultation as well as the basic principles of dialogue-based guidance. The student can apply result-oriented process consultation, coach principles and KORKO consulting techniques under the guidance theme selected by the student.
Content
The possibilities of consulting work and coaching expertise in challenging situations: how to guide and support the processes of change and multi-professional networks.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The general criteria of the competences that the Master's Degrees awarded by Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences provide can be found on JAMK's web pages (http://opinto-oppaat.jamk.fi/en/Study-Guide-Masters-Degrees/). The learning outcomes of individual courses are assessed in relation to the objectives of the course concerned. Assessment is based on knowledge, skills and competence in accordance with the National and European Qualifications Framework (NQF/EQF), level 7.
If the student does not meet the minimum criteria set for the course, the grade is 0 (Fail).
1(Adequate)-2(Satisfactory):
The student is, through his/her own experience, aware of the possibilities and boundaries of consulting work as part of development work and has mastered the basics of process and consulting work. The student's skills related to reflection and guidance require further practice.
3(Good)-4(Very good):
The student understands the many possibilities of a consultative work method and the basic principles of process and substance consultation, and has mastered the basic principles of a reflective work method.
5 (Excellent):
The student has shown that he/she has mastered the basic skills of process and substance consultation, and is able to apply this expertise in challenging situations. The student is capable of working with a reflective and development-oriented approach.
