Objective

The object of the course
After completing this course, you will have comprehensive understanding of leadership and management. The purpose is to provoke interest towards leadership and management studies and leadership work.

You understand the significance of leadership and management. You are familiar with the basic concepts describing leadership and management and the operation of an organisation. You are familiar with theories of leadership and future leadership trends. You recognise your capabilities and motivation for leadership work. You take responsibility for your own working. Learning is guided both personally and in groups during the course classroom sessions. Personal feedback will be given in addition to the evaluation of the course.

Content scheduling

During the course, theme-specific interactive introductions during classroom sessions, independent and group study and group workshops will alternate. Additionally, personal learning assignments will be completed throughout the duration of the course.
