Objective

The object of the course
Well-being at work is a key success factor for companies and organisations. Knowledge of the basics and logic of well-being at work is an indispensable part of leadership and managerial work and HR competence. An organisation capable of fostering the well-being at work of its personnel will attract the best talents and succeeds.

The learning objectives of the course
You recognise the different areas of the management of well-being at work, their significance for the company’s productivity and the key development methods. You understand the significance of occupational health and safety and also have an understanding of the operating models that support them. You know the legislation related to occupational safety and health and its requirements for human resources planning. You recognise the roles required by occupational safety and health. You recognise the factors contributing to a safe and healthy workplace.

Your reporting is consistent, but exhibits minor shortcomings with regard to language and reporting instructions. Interaction in the group requires development. Working within the given timetables requires further development.

Content scheduling

During the course, independent learning assignments and interactive and collaborative webinars and group discussions will alternate.

The pair project completed during the course will examine the course themes in working life based on independent and collaborative working.

At the end of the course, a personal final assignment will be completed independently, making use of all the lessons learned during the course.
