You understand the effect of managerial work on work performance and well-being at work. You are able to describe your view of human and your management style. You are capable of creating illustrative documents related to the contents of the course.

You are able to use relevant theories to prepare illustrative, consistent and well-reasoned documents.

    The grade for the course is based on the competence shown in the personal essay and in the group work related to the everyday life of the manager.

    Group study is possible to replace with a personal assignment by agreeing about it with the teacher in the beginning of the course.

    Content scheduling

    During the course, online lessons, independent study, group work and group discussions will alternate. Additionally, personal learning assignments and personal essay will be completed throughout the duration of the course.
