Objective

You can evaluate and develop effective person-centered guidance, coaching and interacting with the clients and their family through a variety of digital technologies, characterized by confidence, empathy, and trust. You can evaluate and address barriers to the clients´ and their family’s engagement in digital rehabilitation, including their ability to access digital services. You can evaluate and interpret the benefits of digital rehabilitation programs and deduce when technology is not appropriate for use. You can utilize digital networking environments and working methods in your work in accordance with etiquette standards of conduct. You can adapt communication strategies to the specific audience and apply knowledge of cultural and generational diversity in digital environments.

You are not able to understand different interaction strategies in digital environments or the principles of person-centered guidance. You cannot identify the barriers for persons to engage in digital services or offer any applicable solutions. You can not evaluate digital interventions to recognize benefits or harms. You are not able to share information through digital networks. You have not participated in the webinars or conversations in any way. You have not submitted the required assignments and/or your assignments have indications of plagiarism.

1 (sufficient level) You can name different interaction strategies, but your ability to combine them into practice is limited. Your understanding of the principles of person-centered guidance is insufficient. You can communicate with clients and colleagues about digital interventions. You can name the obvious barriers to digital rehabilitation but finding solutions to them is limited. You can assess the obvious benefits of digital interventions to the client, but your ability to make the changes required of the intervention is limited. You know the importance of cultural and intergenerational diversity in digital interaction, but your ability to take this knowledge into account in your own work is limited. You have used theoretical knowledge in your work. You participate occasionally and only rarely in conversations or online chats.

2 (satisfactory level) You can name different interaction strategies and the main principles of person-centered guidance and link them to digital rehabilitation in practice. You are able to communicate with potential clients and their families, as well as multidisciplinary teams, about digital interventions. You can identify the obvious barriers to digital rehabilitation and find simple solutions to them. You can evaluate the obvious benefits of digital interventions to the client and make changes to the intervention as needed. You know the importance of cultural and intergenerational diversity in digital interaction and take this into account in your own work. You have used theoretical knowledge in your duties. You have actively participated in discussions both in the webinars and e-learning environment.
