Objective

The purpose of the course:
Construction contracts are an important part of today’s business. By completing this course, you will learn to identify the opportunities and challenges of contracts and develop them as part of a successful business. During the course, you will increase your skills as a systematic and professional contract and business developer.

In this course, you will learn to analyze and develop construction contract practices as part of an organization’s business and its development. You will learn to identify different contract models and their practices in relation to different construction contracts.

- life cycle agreements
- working methods of agreement (big room)
- risk management
- procurement
