Objectives

You are able to define the resources and actions required by the performance management during the life cycle of a system. You are also able to plan and manage maintenance processes and carry out daily maintenance management actions.
You understand the significance of dependability and availability during the life cycle of a system and you are able to make dependability-based decisions. You master the principles of HSE-based management and risk-based-analysis.

Content

Life cycle management, performance and maintenance KPIs, maintenance operations management, maintenance information management, maintenance and risk analysis.

You have a good understanding of maintenance and risk management during a life cycle of a system.

Very Good (4):
You have a good understanding of maintenance and risk management during a life cycle of a system. You are also able to make management decisions based on the methods that you have learned.

Evaluation criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent (5):

You master the leadership and management methods and principles of the life cycle management in an excellent manner.
