Objective

You become familiar with industrial instrumentation from a engineering perspective. Studying in this course requires knowledge of the basics of automation technology and field devices. You can utilize what you have learned here, for example, in other courses in the Automation Hardware Design module.

EUR-ACE ENGINEERING PRACTICE
You are familiar with the commonly used principles of electrical design for large amount of industrial process instruments and engineering documentation. You will be able to create documentation as part of a engineering project and you will know the key working methods and practices in the field of industrial instrumentation.

You know how to create and interpret documents related to connections and you understand the connections between different documentation.
