Objective
Student can analyze and develop purchasing as part of the business development. Student can apply appropriate analyzing methods for current state analysis and decision making as well as for creating development plans. Student understands the development potential both on operational and strategic level.
Content
The main content will include
- systematic development of purchasing as part of the business development
- analyzing methods incl. spend-analysis, ABC-analysis, portfolioanalysis, value analysis, tail management
- purchasing process development
- performance measurement

Qualifications
Basics of purchasing. The students are able to find information independently and to prepare reports. They have the basic knowledge of logistics processes.
