Objective

The students can apply to practice the theoretical knowledge attained during the bachelor of business administration studies of the Team Academy. They are able to bring their know-how on leadership to real-life contexts and to use the tools and methods of leadership in their work.

Content

Determined by the conditions of the practical training venue, leadership being an umbrella theme.

Materials

Determined by the requirements of the participant and the practical training venue. Literature on leadership is recommended.

The implemented practical training as an entity (e.g. documentation, planning, implementation, and impact) (100%)

Practical work: 154 h. Reporting: 8 h. TOTAL: 162 h.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Team entrepreneur’s evaluation is based on general attitude towards the learning, usage of the competence and making the knowledge visible. Participation for the training sessions and practical project work with the customers as well as written essays are part of the evaluation. Self evaluation in the form of reflection papers plays a central role in the evaluation process.

0= no compentence
The learner has no competences from the area under evaluation. The performance is far below the target (not enough training session or project work hours, bad quality in essays and reflection papers).
S= compentent
The learner understands the basics from the area under evaluation. She/he has enough project hours and the reflection paper describes the learning.
