Objective

The student recognizes the potential of the Internet of Things as part of the societal change caused by digitalization. The student identifies the composition of the value chain of the Internet of Things and understands their connection with the various technologies and matters affecting their selection. The student is able to search information on the parts of the Internet of Things and describe an example case applying the Internet of Things.

The student is able to justify and choose the correct technologies to implement the value chain based of given requirement specifications. The student has a clear view of the challenges and future prospects of the IoT. The student is able to describe an example of an IoT application clearly and validly.

The student is able to select the correct technologies to implement the value chain based on given requirement specifications. The student has a rather clear view of the challenges and future prospects of the IoT. The student is able to describe an example of an IoT application clearly.
