54 (2ects) Studying the online material related to leadership and work development. 81h (3ects) Case work related to interprofessional distant- and digital services and service design (studying JAMK´s projects and other resources, case work in ad interprofessional team, case presentation in a case day or a case webinar.)
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
PASSED The student can name and explain the basis of leadership, work development and methods of service design. The sudent can apply knowlege about leaderhip and work roles when planning a client process based on service design. The student can apply some of the benefits of professional networks and digital services.
