Objective

The Dreams+Inspiration! course is about being inspired about employing oneself. The course features analysis of the student’s professional dreams and being inspired by the possibility of creating a job for oneself in constantly changing working life,

Entrepreneurship, innovation and working community competence
Learning and information management competence
Internationalisation and communications competence

After completing course, the student:
• is inspired about employing himself/herself in changing working life
• perceives various opportunities to employ himself/herself
• recognises paths towards his/her professional dreams
• is motivated to work in a responsible and appreciative manner with people from different fields and backgrounds.

The themes of the classroom sessions include paths to professional dreams, searching for one’s own path, the changing working life and the right attitude to working life.

The course features analysis of the student’s professional dreams and being inspired by the possibility of creating a job for oneself in constantly changing working life, where the only professions are predicted to be entrepreneur and expert.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

You have been active in the work and have demonstrated the ability to lead yourself both in contact days and in independent group work.
