Content scheduling
The lectures will be held on a weekly basis on a variety of topics. At the same time, the student will complete learning assignments/exercises in accordance with the given schedule. The pair assignments/exercises conducted in lieu of the weekly lectures will be separately agreed upon in connection with the classes.
Objective
The students have a general view of various obligations and related securities. They are familiar with the obligation of debtor to creditor and with security arrangements, and are able to choose a suitable debt and security option. They are able to make debt and security obligations and decisions in a credit sale situation. They are familiar with the forms and practices of the collection and execution of receivables, as well as with the position and duties of the parties of real estate business.

Teaching methods
The course will be completed by attending lectures that will be provided in tonline lectures (webinar) as well as by independently watching online lectures provided by external parties. In addition, the course includes learning assignments and exercises as well as classroom pair/group assignments.
Exam schedules
Exam is in the Moodle Friday, 14 May 2021. The first resit exam will open on Monday, 17 May 2021 at 7:00 and close on Tuesday, 18 May 2021 at 23.59. The second resit exam will open on Thursday, 20 May 2021 at 7:00 and close on Friday, 21 May 2021 at 23.59. Retake will be possible during that time without a time limit.
Completion alternatives
The use of an optional completion method is subject to a well-founded reason that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Student workload
The learning assignments will mainly consist of court cases related to the application of legislation and the preparation of documents. Two (2) weeks have been reserved for completing each learning assignment so that the assignment will open and close at a specified time.

Written feedback on the learning assignments every 3 to 4 weeks after the expiry of the time limit given for returning the assignment. The pair/group assignments conducted or presented during the class will be reviewed and feedback will be received on them during the class, and they also involve self and peer assessment.
