Objective

Student understands how a camera works. Student can take technically and aestethically solid digital photographs. Student knows basic principles of digital image acquisition. Student understands basic digital photography workflow. Student can improve digital photographs with software tools.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

-Excellent (5): The student can creatively apply and adapt the use of advanced properties of photographic tools and techniques with goal-oriented approach to present high-quality digital photographs. Student also shows intuition and aesthetics in photographic composition skills. The student can give thorough feedback as well as technical advice to other students on their digital photographs.
-Good (3-4): The student can apply the knowledge concerning photographic tools and techniques with goal-oriented approach to present good quality digital photographs. The student can give good feedback to other students on their digital photographs.
-Satisfactory (1-2): The Student demonstrates skill and knowledge in the basic use of the photographic tools and techniques. The can give feedback to other students on their digital photographs.
