EUR-ACE Engineering practice: Student understands the role of purchasing as part of the company's strategic management.

This is a virtual course. The learning will happen through the literature and the material in Moodle/Optima.

Qualifications
Basics of purchasing. The students are able to find information independently and to prepare reports. They have the basic knowledge of logistics processes.
Further information
Course assessment is based on assessment criteria from learning objectives. Assignments 1-4 are assessed with grade 0-5 (assignment 5 pass/fail) and the course grade is the average of those assignment grades (rounded to nearest whole grade).
Every assignment needs to be passed at least with grade 1 (or pass)
